How To Submit Your Screenplay?                                 

Follow these 2 steps to begin the process of obtaining screenplay coverage:

Step 1.  SCREENPLAY SERVICES FORM:                             

    Please fill out and print out one copy of this form.                                              

Step 2. SUBMISSION RELEASE AGREEMENT:

    Fill out and print out one copy of this agreement.

If more than one person wrote the screenplay you are submitting, each writer must send us one copy of each form.

Mail one completed copy of the screenplay services form and one completed copy of the submission release agreement with a properly printed, formatted, and bound copy of your screenplay and a check or money order to: Portable Shopper, LLC, c/o Scriptologist.com, 220 North Maple Street, Massapequa, NY 11758.

Make the check or money order payable to: Portable Shopper, LLC.

Note: You must send an SASE (Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope) with your screenplay for return-shipping of your screenplay to you.
